May Tower Recreation Facilities Usage
Hours of use for the recreation Centre.
The Recreation Centre hours have been extended and will now be open for 24 hours daily. The Recreation Center includes: Swimming Pool, Whirlpool, Badminton/Basketball Court, Men/Women's Change Rooms, Exercise Room, Play Room, Library, Billiard Room and Ping Pong Room. This will not include the Party Room and Guest Suite.
Conduct of use for the Recreation Centre
In cases of misconduct or breach of Recreation Centre Rules; residents may lose the privilege of using the facilities .
Children Ages for the use of Swimming Pool
The current Rule regarding the age of children using the Swimming Pool remains unchanged.
The Rule reads as follows:
Children between 2-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, and will be allowed in the pool area from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Guest Suites ($)
The Guest Suites are located on the second floor. Bookings are conducted through the Management Office in May Tower II located on the main floor. $75 per night.
Gymnasium
Bookings are conducted at the concierge desk in May Tower II.
Rules for booking of gym times:
- Bookings must be conducted at concierge desk at May Tower II.
- Bookings commence at 6 am on a first come first serve basis.
- Bookings will be conducted on a daily basis. There will he no bookings in advance.
- Each suite may only book one slot during regular hours 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and one during peak hours 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- You must register your name and suite number.
Access card/fob must be presented and left with concierge until you are finished using the Gym.
Party Room ($)
The Party Room is located on the second floor. Bookings are conducted through the Management Office of May Tower II located on the main floor.
Exercise Room
This room is on the second floor of May Tower I. It is open 24/7. No booking in advance is required. (See the list of equipment)
Swimming Pool and Sauna
Located next to May Tower I. You must leave your access card (or fob) with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter the pool/sauna. Proper pool attire must be worn.
Hot Tub/Jacuzzi
Located next to the swimming pool (May Tower I). You must leave your access card (or fob) with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter the pool area. Proper pool attire must be worn.
Billiards Room (Pool table)
Located on the second floor of May Tower I. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower I to obtain a key to enter this facility.
Library
Located on the second floor of May Tower II. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower II and he/she will open the door for you. Residents of May Tower I have their own library.
Ping pong /Mahjong room
Located on the second floor of May Tower II. You must leave your access card with the security guard at May Tower II and he/she will open the door for you. It is not as popular as the gym but booking is recommended.
Common Area Deficiency Form
The above forms are located at the concierge desk. All resident concerns are to he directed to the Management Office in writing by submitting same to the concierge.
