Please Do Not Leave Valuables in Your Vehicle

Dear Residents,

For your safety and security, please do not leave valuables, personal belongings, or other items of value inside your vehicle, especially when parking in the parking garage.

Items left in plain sight can attract unwanted attention and may increase the risk of vehicle break-ins. Even seemingly small items such as bags, electronics, wallets, shopping packages, cash or loose change should be removed from your vehicle or securely stored out of sight.

We strongly encourage all residents to:
• Remove valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.
• Keep doors and windows securely locked at all times.
• Avoid leaving bags, packages, electronics, or other items visible inside your vehicle.
• Take extra precautions when parking overnight or for extended periods in the parking garage.
• Report any suspicious activity or damage to Management or Security desk immediately.

Please remember: The parking garage is not a secure storage area. Residents are responsible for their personal belongings and should take appropriate precautions to protect their property.
