Shared recreation facilities
Facilities and equipment are used at your own risk
The corporation and management – its Principals, Representatives and Employees are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the Recreation Amenities.
RECREATION FACILITIES HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
24 hours a day / 7 days a week
The recreation facilities include indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, exercise room, steam/sauna room, billiard room, party room (restricted to bookings only), indoor gymnasium, change rooms, library, play area.
Below is some detailed information and procedures on each area.
GUESTS
A maximum of four guests, including children, may be hosted by Residents at any one time. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times. As the Resident you are responsible for your guests' actions in the building and recreation facilities.
CHANGE ROOMS AND LOCKER AREA
Lockers have been provided in the change room for your use. Please bring a lock with you should you decide to utilize the lockers. No articles are to be left overnight in the area. Contents will be removed and if not claimed after 30 days will be disposed of.
For safety reasons, we request that you refrain from usage of powders as they can create a slip hazard. We also request for hygienic reasons shaving in this area is not allowed.
EXERCISE ROOM
- Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Exercise Room.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by and under the supervision and responsibility of a Resident age 18 or over.
The exercise room contains various types of machines. Read the notices posted throughout the room. They contain information for your protection, proper use and enjoyment of the equipment. Relocation or removal of equipment is not permitted. Radios are permitted providing that a head set is worn so that the music cannot be heard to cause nuisance to other users.
GENERAL AND OUTSIDE AREA
Roller-skating and Rollerblading, or riding a bicycle is not permitted on or within any portion of the common elements.
Pets are not to be exercised in the outdoor or indoor shared facilities. Please ensure that, when walking your pet on any other area of the common element, scooping after your pet is completed. Any damage to the gardens or mess created by pets will be charged back to the resident/owner.
Littering on or about the property is not allowed. This is your home please help us keep it clean.
Smoking is not permitted at any time in the shared facilities as well as any other common area.
