How is the board formed?

The composition of the board of directors changes almost every year after the elections that take place at the AGM and the directors terms are staggered to ensure a mix of experienced and new directors at any one time. Former directors can also be reelected if they wish to run again and, if a member of the board quits, a temporary replacement can be assigned by the remaining members of the board to finish the exiting director's term.
