Locker Room Guidelines

Dear Owners and Residents,

To maintain a safe, clean, and orderly storage facility, all residents are reminded to comply with the following storage locker requirements:

1. Permitted Items & Fire Safety
Storage lockers must only be used to store permitted items and must not contain flammable or
hazardous materials.

The following items are strictly prohibited in the storage locker rooms, including but not limited to:
• E-scooters and other devices containing lithium-ion batteries
• Gas-powered equipment or tools
• Propane tanks or other compressed-gas cylinders
• Paints, solvents, fuels, and other flammable materials
• Other materials that may present a fire or safety hazard
• Extension cords or electrical connections extending into locker spaces are also not permitted.

2. Visibility and Clean & Orderly Standard
All locker contents must remain fully contained within the individual locker and must not obstruct visibility through the wire-mesh enclosure.

The following coverings or materials must not be placed over or attached to locker cages:
• Tarps, bedsheets or blankets. Cardboard or plastic wrapping
• Any other material used to cover or enclose the wire-mesh locker
• Lockers must be maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.

3. No Obstruction of Common Areas
Personal belongings must be kept entirely within the designated locker space.

Items must not:
• Hang through the wire mesh; Be placed on top of the locker cage; Extend outside the locker
• Obstruct common aisles, hallways, entrances, or exits; or create an unsightly or unsafe condition.

Any unauthorized items, coverings, or belongings obstructing common areas may be required to be removed. Residents are reminded that the storage locker rooms are shared common areas, and everyone must keep rooms safe, clean, and orderly.
