Re: Garage Cleaning May 28th, 2026 until June 5th, 2026

Dear Residents,

The garage will be cleaned and power washed on the following days next week between 8am- 6pm :

• Thursday, May 28, 2026 - P1 level for 11 Lee Center
• Friday, May 29, 2026 - P2 level for 11 Lee Center
• Monday, June 1, 2026 - P3 level for 11 Lee Center
• Tuesday, June 2, 2026 - P4 level for 1 Lee Center
• Wednesday, June 3, 2026 - Drain system cleaning
• Thursday, June 4, 2026 - Drain System cleaning
• Friday, June 5, 2026 - Remedial cleaning

Please remove your cars from your parking spots while the power washing is being carried out. You only need to move your vehicles on the day that your parking level is being washed.

Please also exercise caution while entering and exiting the garage while the cleaning team is working there.

Toronto Police have not provided parking consideration for vehicles to park outside the building during the cleaning so you will have to park elsewhere until cleaning is done in your parking area until 6:00pm/daily.
