Update : Hot Water Service Update
Dear Residents,
Today, July 8th, 2026 we are experiencing a temporary interruption to the hot water supply throughout the building.
Following our investigation, we identified an issue with the boiler system that prevented the hot water from reaching the required operating temperature. A technician is currently on site inspecting and repairing the equipment.
Update as of 1:25 p.m.: One of the boilers has been successfully restored to operation. The second boiler requires replacement parts and remains under repair. The technician has advised that hot water service to the suites is expected to resume in approximately one hour, as the system will need time to heat the water and reach its normal operating temperature.
