The Board of Directors of the Maytower Shared Facilities has recently approved the budget for the upcoming fiscal year, running from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

We are pleased to share that through careful analysis of expenditures and projections, the Board and Management have worked to maintain the standard and value of our property while keeping fees stable.

Key Financial Highlights:

๐Ÿ“‰ No Fee Increase: There will be no increase in the shared facilities budget for either building for this fiscal year.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ TSCC 1431 Contribution: Our corporation's 51% share of the monthly contribution is set at $22,973.08.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Statutory Obligations: The budget continues to meet our statutory obligations by complying with the necessary reserve fund study requirements.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Maintenance Focus: Planned allocations include essential repairs for security equipment, garage doors, and the guest suite to ensure our amenities remain in top condition.
