🗑️ Important: Keeping Our Garbage Chute Blockage-Free

To ensure our building remains clean and functional, we are addressing recent ongoing issues with garbage chute blockages. Maintaining a clear chute is vital for health, fire safety, and keeping our common expenses low.

Please follow these essential guidelines for waste disposal:

🕙 Respect Chute Hours: The garbage chute may only be used between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing residents living near the disposal rooms.

📦 Flatten Your Boxes: All cardboard boxes must be flattened and taken directly to the Recycle Room on the main floor.

🚫 No Large Items: Items such as paper, glass, plastic, metal, and oversized containers should never be thrown down the chute as they cause damage and blockages.

🥡 Secure All Bags: Never deposit loose garbage. Ensure all bags are securely tied and pushed completely into the chute so the door can fully close.

🧹 Keep Floors Clear: No items should be left on the floor of the garbage room; large items require special removal arrangements with Management.

Please Note: Improper use of the chute leads to high repair costs shared by all owners. Violators identified via CCTV will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
