In-Suite Door Inspection

Please be advised that an in-suite door inspection has been requested by Toronto Fire Services as part of routine fire safety compliance procedures. This inspection is required to verify that the main entry door to your unit meets current fire safety regulations, including proper installation, condition, and functionality as a fire-rated barrier.

Authorized personnel will attend your suite to inspect the main door and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards on the following dates:

Between 10:00am and 4:00pm
Monday, March 30th, 2026 17th floor to PH3
Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 3rd floor to 16th floor

Access to your suite is required.
• Security Alarm should be OFF. Dogs and pets should be properly attended to.
• Door locks should be capable of being opened by our master key.
