Emergency Shutdown of Air Conditioning Due to Repair

Dear Residents,

The Carrier technician has temporarily resolved the issue with the chiller that caused the air conditioning shutdown on Friday, July 3, 2026.

Today, Monday, July 6, 2026, the Carrier technician has return to complete the necessary repairs to the chiller. As a result, an emergency air conditioning shutdown will be required beginning at 9:30. am. The shutdown is expected to last approximately two hours or longer.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while these essential repairs are being completed.
