Pest prevention treatment will be carried out in your unit by Rouge Pest Control Inc. between Monday,
April 13, 2026, to Tuesday, April 21, 2026, during the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Monday, April 13, 2026 - Floors: PH3 and PH2
Tuesday, April 14, 2026 - Floors: PH1 and 25th
Wednesday, April 15, 2026 - Floors: 23rd and 22nd
Thursday, April 16, 2026 - Floors: 21st and 20th
Friday, April 17, 2026 - Floors: 19th and 18th
Monday, April 20, 2026 - Floors: 17th and 16th
Tuesday, April 21, 2026 - Floors: 15th and 12th

It is extremely important to complete the steps below before the technician arrives:
• There should be no open food. Empty under the sink area of the kitchen and bathroom.
• Clean countertops as grease and crumbs attract pests and reduce treatment effectiveness.
• Residents and pets need to vacate the unit for 1-2 hours after treatment

After Treatment:
• Increased cockroach activity may be observed for 1-2 weeks post treatment
• Avoid strong cleaners or other pesticides—they make the treatment ineffective.

Access to your suite is required. Please note the following for your co-operation:
• Security Alarm should be OFF. Dogs and pets should be properly attended to.
• Door locks must be compatible with the building’s master key system.
• If access to the suite is unavailable on the scheduled date, the next visit will be subject to a charge at the owner’s expense

We will provide advance notice if rescheduling is needed, due to unforeseen circumstances.
