Update on Emergency Water Shutdown by City of Toronto- 12.17.2025

Dear Residents,

This notice is to update residents regarding the unexpected water service interruption that occurred last night, December 17th, 2025

The interruption was caused by emergency work carried out by the City of Toronto. This work took place without advance notice to building management.

We recognize that the sudden loss of water service caused inconvenience to residents. With advance notice, management would have shared this information as early as possible to allow residents time to prepare.

Management has contacted the City of Toronto to better understand what occurred and to request earlier communication for any future service interruptions.
