Monthly Testing and Inspection of the Fire Alarm, Fire Drill and Quarterly FEO (on Elevators) Testing

Notice to May Tower II Residents

Dunwell Fire Protection Services will be onsite on Monday, May 25th, 2026, between 9:00am and 5:00pm for monthly testing and inspection of the fire alarm and quarterly FEO (Firefighter's Emergency Operation on elevators) in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Fire Code under the Fire Protection & Prevention Act 1997 and the Ministry of the Solicitor-General and the Office of the Fire Marshall (Sections 6.1.2.1).

Prior to the test being conducted, an announcement will be made over the Emergency Voice Communication System. During the test, the alarm will sound intermittently. In the event of an actual fire, the alarm will sound continuously.
