Power Outage : Sept 2, 2026

Dear Residents,

Today, September 2, 2026, at approximately 9:17 a.m., the entire Lee Centre Drive area experienced a brief power outage, which also affected our building.

Following the outage, Management conducted a thorough walk-through of the common areas to confirm that the building’s systems and amenities were operating normally.

At this time, we have identified a few outstanding issues affecting the air conditioning system, management office internet service, and elevator.

Management has placed service calls and is working closely with the relevant contractors to investigate these issues and restore all affected equipment and services as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these matters. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
